We pride ourselves on providing 100% authentic Pokémon Trading Card Game products. To maintain clarity regarding

3. Pricing, Pre-Orders & Payment Terms
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to market volatility in the collectible trading card market.
Market Price Fluctuations: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any
time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any price change, modification, or suspension.
Pre-Order Policy: Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase to secure allocation. Estimated shipping dates
for pre-order items are subject to manufacturer delays beyond our control. Cancellations of pre-orders prior to shipment
are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover non-refundable payment processing charges.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, credit cards, or PayPal. Orders are
subject to verification to prevent fraudulent transactions.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Anti-Tampering Rules
All items are carefully packaged with protective sleeves, top loaders, team bags, or bubble wrap depending on product
type.
Order Fulfillment: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking numbers are provided automatically upon
dispatch.
Loss / Damage in Transit: Orders valued over $100 include signature confirmation and insurance. If a package arrives
damaged, customers must retain all original packaging materials and report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Tamper-Evident Security: To protect against weight-scalping, pack-weighing, and resealing fraud, high-value
shipments may include tamper-evident security tape. Returned items with broken security seals will be rejected.
5. Returns, Refunds & Final Sale Policies
Due to the nature of trading card games and market price swings, our return policy is strict:
Unopened Sealed Products: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping. Items must
arrive back in identical factory-sealed condition.
Singles & Graded Cards: All single cards and third-party graded slabs are FINAL SALE once delivered, unless the
item received differs significantly from the listing description.
Opened Booster Products: Booster boxes, packs, or tins that have been unsealed or opened are non-returnable
under any circumstances.
6. Prohibited Uses & Account Termination
You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform unlawful
acts; (c) to submit false or misleading information; (d) to upload viruses or malicious code; or (e) to collect or track the
personal information of others. We reserve the right to terminate your account and cancel pending orders if you engage in
abusive behavior, fraud, or botting activities during high-demand product drops.
7. Limitation of Liability
PokeVault shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential
damages of any kind, including lost profits, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the
service.
