At PokeVault, we know how important card condition is to collectors and investors. Every item is packaged with collector-grade
protective materials to ensure cards arrive in pristine condition, free of edge wear, corner dings, or crushing.
1. Processing Times & Dispatch
All standard orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and postal holidays). You will receive
an automated email notification with tracking information as soon as your shipping label is generated.
High-Demand Release Days: During major Pokémon TCG expansion set drops or special promotional sales,
fulfillment times may temporarily extend to 3 business days.
Address Verification: Orders flagged by fraud protection systems or containing unverified addresses may be held until
confirmation is received from the buyer.

3. Collector Packaging Standards
We do not use plain paper envelopes or flimsy bubble mailers for raw cards. Our packaging protocol strictly adheres to
TCG preservation standards:
Raw Single Cards
Penny sleeve + rigid Toploader + sealed
Team Bag, taped securely inside a
corrugated cardboard mailer.

Graded Slabs
Fitted slab sleeve + multi-layer bubble
wrap envelope + sturdy cardboard box to
prevent corner impact.

Sealed Boxes / ETBs
Heavy bubble wrap wrapping + 200lb
crush-tested outer box with bubble filler
on all 6 sides.

4. Pre-Order Shipping & Multi-Item Orders
Combined Orders: If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together
once all pre-order items arrive at our warehouse.
Separate Shipments: If you would like in-stock items to ship immediately, please place separate orders for pre-order
and in-stock items.
Pre-Order Delays: Pre-order release dates are determined by Pokémon USA / The Pokémon Company International.
Unforeseen manufacturer delays will be communicated via email promptly.

5. Insurance, Signatures & Delivery Claims
We protect high-value collectible shipments against loss, theft, or damage during transit:
Signature Confirmation: Orders valued at $250.00 or higher automatically require direct signature confirmation upon
delivery.
Shipping Insurance: All orders over $100 are fully insured by PokeVault against carrier loss or physical damage.
Damaged Package Claims: If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep all outer packaging, box seals, and inner
contents intact. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged container and items.
Stolen / Lost Packages: If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check with
neighbors or local postal carriers first. If unresolved, notify us within 3 business days so we can open a formal
investigation with the carrier.
6. International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries (Canada, UK, Australia, EU, Japan). International shipping rates and estimated
delivery times are calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight and location.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), and customs
clearing fees levied by their home country. PokeVault strictly declares full commercial value on all customs forms and will
not mark shipments as "Gifts."
